| Abstract: | Methods for determining gold and silver in rat plasma without prior mineralization are presented. They permit concentrations above 1 μg 1?1 to be measured. They were applied to 96 rat plasma samples with gold and silver contents up to 3 μg 1?1. In addition, the anti-inflammatory properties of a solution containing gold, silver and copper at the mg 1?1 level were tested and demonstrated. |
