| Abstract: | Chemiluminescence analysis with flow injection was used for the determination of vitamin B12 by means of the luminol-hydrogen peroxide system. The linear range is three orders of magnitude and the detection limit is 1 ng for 50-μ1 samples injected. The results were compared with those obtained by a spectrophotometric method. |
