| 摘 要： | We have observed the effect of hydration on the fourier transform IR spectra of an extrac-tant anion using a subtraction technique. The magnitudes and trends for the observed changesin peak frequencies and intensities of the (P=0), (P--O--C), (P--O--H), H--O--H) and(O--H) bands are reported for the first time, and the reasons for such changes are discussed. |
