| 摘 要： | 区域生态文化创新研究是个具有重要理论意义和实践价值的新课题．本文从我国的生态制度文化创新、生态物质文化创新、生态精神文化创新三方面探讨了区域生态文化的理论创新与实践，并提出了区域生态文化创新与实践的对策：创造以生态伦理为基础的普世生态文化；建立以生态文化为目标的全球合作机制．

| Abstract: | A innovative study of the regional eco-culture is a new topic. It is of great theoretical importance and practical value. From the following aspects of institutional eco-culture, physical eco-culture and mental eco-culture, the author approaches the theoretical innovations and practice of the regional eco-culture in our country. And the author presents the countermeasures of the innovations and practice on the regional eco-culture. That is to creat a widespread eco-culture on the base of ecological ethics and to establish a global cooperative mechanism aiming at the innovations of eco-culture. |
