黑白花奶牛血清中几种同工酶的比较研究

本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术，对黑白花奶牛正常血清中的异柠檬酸脱氢酶（ＩＤＨ）；乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）；苹果酸脱氢酶（ＭＤＨ）和酯酶（ＥＳＴ）同工酶酶谱进行了比较。结果表明，高产奶牛血清中异柠檬酸脱氢酶区带数比低产奶牛中少；相反，酯酶同工酶区带数比低产奶牛中多；乳酸脱氢酶同工酶的正常数两者相同，但ＬＤＨ＿４；ＬＤＨ＿５的活性在高产奶牛血清中要比低产奶牛中高；苹果酸脱氢酶的酶谱与产奶量的关系不明显。

A Comparative Study between Several Isozymes in Normal Serum of Black-white Cows

The isozymic patterns of Isocitric dehydrogenase(IDH),Lactatedehydrogenase(LDH),Malate dehydrogenase(MDH)and Esterase(EST)in normalserum of Black-white cows have been compared using gel electrophoresis method.The re-sults shows that the band number of IDH in normal serum of the high-yielding cows issmaller than that of the low-yielding cows.But,the band number of EST is on the con-trary.The band unmbers of LDH of both high-and low-yielding cows are the same. Butthe relative activities of LDH_4 and LDH_5 in nomal serum of high-yielding cows are higherthan that of the low-yielding cows.The isozymic patterns of MDH are relevantunobviously relevant unobviously to yield of milk of cow.
