| 摘 要： | 通过对杭州大曲主要呈香显味微量组发的气相色谱分析，建立了杭州大曲的酒体模型，利用线性规划原理设计了白酒计算机勾兑系统。勾兑结果通过评定，证实采用该计算机勾兑系统可提高勾兑效率并降低生产成本。
