| 摘 要： | 为制订干预措施，控制和降低RAU的发病率，利用白编的《复发性阿弗他溃疡调查表》，对631名在校学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明，631人中有375人患复发性阿弗他溃疡，患病率为59．43％，其中频发为8．56％，偶发为50．87％，患病学生中伴有消化道症状的有47．46％，几乎每个患病学生都认为复发性阿弗他溃疡的发病都与饮食有关。提示广州市在校医学生复发性阿弗他溃疡的发生率与饮食等因素密切相关，开展饮食干预有很大的需求基础。
