Abstract:	For a given set A⊂Rⁿ $A \subset R^{n}$ a representation theorem for locally defined operators mapping the space C^m(A) $C^{m} (A)$ of Whitney differentiable functions into C⁰(A) $C^{0} (A)$ is presented.
