摘    要:以聚醚砜为膜材料,二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂及添加剂配成稳定铸膜液,使用水为凝胶浴,干/湿法制备聚醚砜微孔膜,研究了铸膜液在空气中的停留时间,即在入浴前铸膜液的相分离程度对微孔膜表面开孔率,孔结构等膜性能的影响,并简要分析了干/湿法制微孔膜的成膜机理,同时也研究了湿膜入水浴后,使用与水作用能力不同的非溶剂对膜平整性的影响。

Abstract:Polyethersulfone microfiltration (MF) me membranes can be produced from PES /DMAc/ PVP/nonsolvent systems by dry/wet phase inversion process in a water bath. The effects of exposure time in the air, that is the degree of the phase separation of solution, to the properties of membranes are discussed. The difference between the mechanisms of producing microfiltration membrane by dry/wet process and that of general dry process of making MF membrane is also analyzed. The influence of the interaction between nonsolvent and water on the flatness of the membrane is briefly introduced.
