摘    要:研究Pb2+胁迫对桐花树碳代谢相关生理特性的影响,结果表明:桐花树幼苗对Pb2+胁迫的耐受性强,在时间和质量比上,其碳代谢相关生理指标受到Pb2+胁迫的双重影响.桐花树幼苗叶片叶绿素含量和Hill反应活性对外源Pb2+胁迫具有相同的响应趋势.当培养土中Pb2+质量比为500 mg/kg时,桐花树幼苗叶片叶绿素含量和hi...

Abstract:Some related physiological characters of the carbohydrate metabolism of Aegiceras corniculatum under Pb2+ stress were researched.The results showed that Aegiceras corniculatum had a strong resistant to Pb2+ stress and the carbohydrate metabolism was affected by both the duration and the concentration of Pb2+ stress.It showed that the activities of Hill reaction and the content of chlorophyll in the seedlings were increased when the Pb2+ concentration in the cultivation soils rose to 500 mg/kg.However,the fa...
