| Abstract: | The problem of parameters estimation of Gibbs random field model of texture image is converted into a combinatorial optimization problem, and an effective optimization algorithm, simulated annealing method, is utilized to tackle this problem. The results of computer experiments have shown that the algorithm is effective, and can produce comparatively accurate estimation of model parameters. |
