不对称芳基取代的方酰胺和异方酰胺的合成

摘    要:N-芳基氮氧方酸的活性羟基能够被芳伯胺取代。利用这一特性,可在方酸四碳环上引入另一不同的芳胺基,即可获得不对称芳基取代的方酰胺或异方酰胺。以乙醇等为介质,芳伯胺与7种N-芳基氮方酸反应,制得25个不对称的方酰胺和24个不对称的异方酰胺。该合成方法优点突出,反应简便有效,通用性强。

Abstract:N aryl substituted mono amide of squaric acid(N arylnitrogenoxosquaric acid, 3 aryl amino 4 hydroxyl 3 cyclobutenedione) is one of the very important intermediates for the preparation of asymmetric squaric acid derivatives. When primary arylamine reacts with N aryl nitrogenoxsquaric acid, its active hydroxyl group can be replaced by various arylamines, resulting different arylamino groups substituted compounds. In this case asymmetric amides of squaric acid and asymmetric iso squarylium amides are obtained. Twenty five asymmetric amides of squaric acid and twenty four asymmetric iso squarylium amides which were not reported in references yet are synthesized by N arylnitrogenoxosquaric acid reacting with primary arylamine in 95% ethanol and HOAc. This is a very simple and effective novel synthetic route for the preparation of asymmetric aryl substituted squaric acid amides and asymmetric iso squarylium amides.
