摘    要:本文作者在自制的压缩膨胀装置中模拟有涡流和无涡流情况下的柴油机压缩过程,并用高速摄影方法拍摄喷雾的扩展形态。用胶片运动分析仪取得喷雾的速度、贯穿度、雾锥角等宏观参数。试验结果表明,喷雾保持初速度不变的长度比某些资料中报道的要短很多。在中等涡流强度条件下,涡流对于喷雾的初期发展影响不大,其影响主要表现在喷射后期。

Abstract:The spray has been thoroughly investigated with a diesel combustion model. A rapid compression and expansion machine capable of simulating the diesel compression stroke has been made. The spray motion was taken by high speed photography under the quasi-diesel condition. The macroscopic characteristics such as the velocity, penetration and angle were obtained with a film motion analysis device. Experimental results show that the spray length during the time when the initial spray velocity remains constant is shorter than those reported in some papers. At medium swirl intensity, there is little effect on the spray motion during the injection period, the swirl effect on the mixing being mainly manifested at the end of injection.
