| 摘 要： | 理论推导了斜交共线式光热偏转信号垂直（ｎｏｒｍａｌ）分量的表达式，并进行了实验验证，两者结果一致．分析并讨论了斜交共线式光热偏转构型的深层剖析能力和构成差分光度以消除溶剂吸收的可能性．

| Abstract: | The theoretical expression for the normal component of photothermal deflection (PTD) with obliquely-crossed collinear configuration is presented and theoretical resultsare compared with the experimental data,both are in good agreement. The results prove thedepth-profiling capacity and the feasibility of elimination of solvent absorption with differential configuration. |
