高频低ESR钽电解电容器制造技术的实验研究

摘    要:分析了影响钽电解电容器等效串联电阻(ESR)的因素,通过阳极钽块设计、硝酸锰溶液改性、优化被膜工艺以及多芯并联等措施,提出了高频、低ESR钽电解电容器最佳制造工艺。试验表明,应用新工艺生产的钽电解电容器,其ESR值大约是通用产品ESR值的1/3-1/2,而且多芯并联钽电容器的电容量在100kHz范围内的变化量在20%以内,高频性能有很大改善。

Abstract:The factors influencing the equivalent series resistance of tantalum electrolyte capacitor was analyzed.The optimized manufacture technology of high frequency low ESR tantalum electrolyte capacitor were achieved by using methods as follows:designing new anode tantalum block,improving nitric manganese solution,improving coating technology and parallel connecting more than one tantalum block et al.The testing results show that the ESR value of the new type tantalum electrolyte capacitor was no more than one h...
