(NH_4)_2SO_4─ZrO_2体系的酸性和酸量的研究

摘    要:本文用毗啶吸附红外光谱、程序升温分解(TPD)和差热分析(DTA)等技术,对不同温度下用浸渍法制得的(NH_4)_2SO_4-ZrO_2样品的性质进行了研究。将研究结果与其催化性能作了关联。研究结果显示,热处理过程中产生了B酸中心和L酸中心。低于573K时,随着处理温度的升高,表面酸性与表面酸的总量均不断增大,到573K时表面酸性与表面酸的总量都达到最大值。此时反应活性也最大。超过573K时,随着处理温度升高,表面酸性与表面酸的总量均降低,此时反应活性也相应地降低。

Abstract:NH4):SO,-ZrO2 samples were prepared by immersion and treated at different temperatures.The samples were then characterized by means of pyridine adsorbed IR spectroscopy, TPD and DTA.Thedata obtained were related to the catalytic behaviour of the samples.The results indicate that B acid centresand L acid centres were formed during the beat treatments,It is shown that when treated below 573 K,the surface acidity and acid quantity hath gradually increase with the increase of treating temperature.At573 K,they all reached a maximum value,and meanwhile,the highest reaction activity is also observed.Above 573 K,the surface acidity and acid quantity both gradually decrease with increasing treatingtemperature.
