摘    要:氢化物原子吸收光谱法能对多种元素进行痕量级的测定,但存在着不足之处,为此,我们设计并自制了简易的氢化物发生器,制做简单,操作方便,消耗样品少,而精密度灵敏度,检出限等指标均能满足测定要求。

Abstract:In order to determine Bi in little sample a simple hydride generator was designed, which was made easily and operated conveniently. The generator consumed sample of 0.5-1.0mL with the content of Bi of 10-100ng/mL, the precision, senstivity and detection limit were shown to be satisfactory. With this apparatus the Bi in little sample was determined by FAAS and the regression equation c = -30.17 + 190.6A, relation coefficient r = 0.9934, residual standard deviation of A for fixed c,SA.C = 2.737, standard error of regression SB = 4.001 and t-test result, where alpha = 0.001, showed that the equation was significant in statistics. The detection limit in this method was 3.69ng/mL.
