封闭大空间焊接烟尘污染控制的实验研究

摘    要:针对船舱里的焊接烟尘污染,采用吹吸气流装置为控制手段对焊接烟尘进行控制.运用相似理论制作了模型。以CO2模拟污染物,进行了实验研究.通过对CO2进出口浓度的分析,得出了临界断面的位置和极限工况,而且用乙二醇发烟,作为示踪剂,进行流场显示.

Abstract:To remove, from cargo tanks, fume and smoke generated by welding,We designed and developed push-pull ventilation system. Design model is based on similar theory, and CO2 is taked as the simulated pollutant. With the analysis of inlet and exit CO2 concentiation, the critical position and condition are given.Flow field is visualized with glycol.
