Lipids from Capsicum annuum Seeds

Abstract:The composition of free and bound lipids from Capsicum annuum (Solanaceae) seeds was studied. Glycolipids, phospholipids, mono- and diacylglycerides, and free fatty acids were observed in the bound lipids.
