拟南芥自然居群的形态变异

摘    要:对湖北省境内4个地点共9个拟南芥自然居群的形态变异作了观察和统计.该种的株高、莲座叶数目和形状、莲座大小、花果数目等性状具有显著的变异,除了莲座叶形状等性状外,多数表现出居群问的变异.采用34个形态性状对这些居群作出了聚类分析,发现大部分的相邻居群之间有一定的形态相似性,但有一个地点的相邻居群之间存在极大的形态差异;对居群间的相似性系数和空间距离进行回归分析,表明二者之间不存在显著相关性.在自然居群中获得了超小型、长根型、长叶型、大莲座型、基部多分枝型和主茎多分枝型共6种形态变异型植株,对这些变异植株进行的栽培实验显示长叶型和大莲座型的子代都具有与亲本相似而明显区别于对照植株的特征。

Abstract:Morphological variation among/within nine natural populations in Arabidopsis thaliana, from four locations in Hubei province, was investigated. Remarkable variations occurred in some morphological characters such as plant height, number and shape of rosette-leaves and number of flowers and fruits. Inter-population variations were observed in the majority of these characters except the shape of rosette-leaves. Cluster analysis based on thirty-four morphological characters illustrated that the higher morphological similarity existed in most adjacent populations, except in two adjacent populations. Moreover, the regression between the similarity coefficient and the space distance showed that there was no significant correlation between them. Furthermore, six types of natural mutant plants, super miniature, long foot, long leaf, large rosette, excessive ramification from rosette and excessive ramification from stem were found in our research. The filial generation of the six types have been planted and the results instigated that the filial generation of long leaf and large rosette showed the characters similar to their parents respectively but different from control plants.
