三相双绕组制动异步电动机谐波绕组系数探讨

摘    要:在快速制动双绕组异步电动机定子上巧妙地设置主、副两套统组,并在两绕组中流过不同的交流电流,可使这种电动机具有良好的制动和节能效果[1].使两套绕组的空间相位差与流过的电流的时问相位差恰当配合,可消除相应的高次谐波磁势.本文通过对其进行谐波磁势分析,得出了谐波磁势和谐波绕组系数的通用表达式,并在此基础上讨论了绕组结构、绕组空间相位差、电流时间相位差对谐和波绕组系数的影响。这对研究设计这类电动机具有指导意义。

Abstract:The three-phase double-winding asynchronous motor is equipped with two windn its stator,main winding and auxiliary winding.The currents flowing in the two windire different, in phase angle. Exactly choosing the space angle between the axis of the vindings,and the time angle between the current,the motor can eliminate the effect of n high harmonic magnetic potential.The motor has good braking and energy saving perince. This paper deals with the research of harmonic magnetic potential and harmonic ng-coefficient,the method of elminating the effect of high harmonic ringnetic potential.esults provide the theoretical basis for the motor design.
