Magnetooptical diffraction from a strip domain structure in the case of oblique incidence of light

The distribution of the magnetization component longitudinal with respect to the beam propagation is shown to be trapezoidal in shape in the case of oblique incidence of light on a strip domain structure with vertical domain walls. Features of intensity and polarization characteristics of the diffracted light field are studied with reflections of incident and diffracted beams from the entrance and the exit surfaces of the film taken into account.
