纳米TiO_2的制备及其改性和应用研究进展

摘    要:简要介绍了TiO2纳米材料的制备、改性方法及其应用;其制备方法包括气相法和液相法,液相法又包括溶胶-凝胶法、水热/溶剂热法、液相沉积法和微乳液法;其改性主要包括贵金属沉积、离子掺杂、染料敏化和半导体复合;其应用领域则主要包括光催化、光伏电池和光解水.

Abstract:A review is given about preparations, modification and application of nanosized TiO2. It is pointed out that the preparation methods mainly include gas-phase and liquid phase methods, and liquid phase method can be classified into sol gel method, hydrothermal/solvothermal method, liquid phase deposition method and micro-emulsion method. The major modification methods include deposition of precious metal, ion doping, dye sensitization and semiconductor compounding. And the major application fields include photocatalysis, photovoltaic cell and solar water splitting.
