| 摘 要： | 为了实现钢厂的信息化管理，为生产者和客户提供准确的产品信息，设计开发了光电在线检测记录系统。介绍了该系统的硬件组成、配置、主要功能以及软件实现。经过生产线的实践表明：系统运行稳定，操作方便、灵活，数据采集和存储及时，查询方便快捷，系统的先进性和可靠性都达到了预期的指标。
