摘    要:利用X射线荧光光谱仪测定钒铁冶炼炉渣中的TV、Al2O3、CaO、MgO、Fe2O3、SiO2等主要化学成分的含量。采用自制标样绘制校准曲线,利用光谱干扰校正系数和基体效应校正系数消除光谱干扰和基体效应。试验结果表明:该方法简便快速、有良好的精密度和准确度,所得结果与湿法化学结果一致,能及时指导钒铁冶炼生产。

Abstract:The method for determination of major Components TV,Al2O3,CaO,MgO,Fe2O3,SiO2 in ferrovanadium slag by XRF is reported.A calibration curve was made of the madeself reference material,spectral interference correction coefficient and matrix effects correction coefficient are used to eliminate spectral interference and matrix effcts.The method is simple and quick,high precision and good accruacy were obtained,and the results are comparable to those obtained by wet chemical method.It can guide smelting produce t...
