萃取火焰原子吸收法测定食品中铅

摘    要:采用干经处理样品,APDC-MIBK萃取,同时考察了萃取条件对测定的影响,结果令人满意。铅的平均回收率为98.7%,相对标准偏差为4.4%。

Abstract:It is reported in this paper that microamounts of lead is first extracted by APDC in MIBK, and then it is determined by FAAS directly in the organic phase. The method has been applied to the analysis of cakes and some other foodstuffs. The sample is treated by dry ashing. The average recovery obtained is 98. 7% with a RSD less than 4.4%.
