Die Messung von konvektiven Stoffübergangszahlen bei Sorption mit chemischer Bindung

Abstract:The method, which was developed byThoma, is expanded by using sulphuric-, oxalic- and amido sulfuric-acid instead of phosphoric-acid. The 10 N sulphuric-and the 1,9 N amidosulfuric-acid are qualified for velocities up to 20 m/s and rate of chemical reaction from 20 to 50%. By greater velocities than 20 m/s only the 15 N sulphuric-acid is qualified by rates of chemical reactions up to 25%. Phosphoric- and oxalic-acid are not qualified by turbulent flow. — Measurements were done at the plate and the annular in the range 7 · 103<Re< 3sd105 by velocities from 1 to 60 m/s. — The results confirm the well known laws. The points of measurement have a scattering range of ±15%. The Sherwood-Number can be calculated by the present conditions on the premises, that the velocity of reaction is greater than the mass transfer coefficient.
