Abstract: | We have time differentially investigated the attenuation of the 133–482 keV cascade of181Ta in hydrofluoric acid at different temperatures. Using a four detector apparatus we were able to measure with eight fold statistics. As a result we found a small attenuation at room temperature which was increased with decreasing temperature of the liquid source. A comparison of ourA 2(0) andA 4(0) values with the results of other authors is given. |
