摘    要:提出了设备预防性维修的两阶段优化模型.阶段1确定最少的预防性维修次数.阶段2在第一阶段给出结果的基础上确定各预防性维修的最优周期.模型简化了求解复杂度,克服了长期运行期望周期模型的缺点,具有很强的可操作性,可为维修计划的制订和现场的作业调度提供决策支持.

Abstract:The optimal model of two-stage preventive maintenance is proposed. In the first stage, the minimum number of preventive maintenance is determined. Based on the result of the first stage, the optimal cycle of preventive maintenance is determined in the second stage. The proposed model reduces the calculation complexity and avoids the shortcoming of expected cycle model in infinite time horizon. This approach is suitable for operation in practice and can be used to provide decision supporting for repair job scheduling and job shop scheduling.
