基于满意关联度的人力资源管理的可拓方法

摘    要:本文首先提出了人才、企业满意关联度的概念 ,并利用满意关联度及满意标准将一个地区的人才划分为四类 ,对应四个不同的状态 :1人才与企业均满意 . 2人才不满意 ,但企业满意 . 3人才满意 ,但企业不满意 . 4人才与企业均不满意 .然后 ,运用马尔柯夫分析法确定了地区人才的稳态概率 ,它是衡量地区人力资源管理方法优劣及人才稳定程度的一个重要数量指标 .最后 ,根据可拓学及人力资源管理的思想方法 ,提出了促成人才状态合理转移的相应措施

Abstract:This paper begins with the concept o f satisfied dependent degree between talents and enterprises.And it classifies t he talents in a region into four categories by satisfied dependent degree and sa tisfied standard,the four categories as follows: ① Talent and enterprise are bo th satisfied. ② Talent are not satified, but enterprise are satisfied. ③ Talen t are satisfied, but enterprise are not. ④ Both talent and enterprise are not satisfied.After that, this paper determines the steady state probability using M arkov analytical ways. It′s an important digital guidline in a region to measur e whether human resource management methods are useful or not and whether talent s are at a relatively stable level or not. Finaly, the author propose some corre sponding measures on the basis of Extenics and human resource management mentati on as how to procure that talents make principled shifts.
