| 摘 要： | 随着高血脂人群的增加,降血脂产品的研究与开发日益受到重视,如何快速准确地检测原料及产品的降血脂功能是降血脂产品开发及降血脂机理研究的重要前提。通过综合对比国内外常用的胆酸盐含量测定、脂肪酶活性测定等评价降血脂功能方法的应用及特点,以期为降血脂功能测定方法的深入研究及相关产品的开发提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the increasing number of the hyperlipidemia population, much attention has been aroused on researching and developing the hyperlipidemia product nowadays; how to detect the function of hypolipidemie of raw material and product rapidly and accurately become the important premise of developing products and mechanism research of hyperlipidemia. By comprehensively comparing the characteristics and application of the methods on hypolipidemic function evaluation, such as the determination lipase activity and cholie acid salt content in vitro , it provides some reference to the deeply study of the determination method and the development of related products of hypolipidemic. |
