摘    要:利用薄层层析和气相色谱测定12株细菌的脂肪酸组份,通过UPGMA聚类分析绘制其树状图谱;用双相薄层层析获得特征性的极性酯图谱;经光敏生物素非放射性标记DNA进行分子杂交测定实验菌株间的DNA同源值.一致的结果表明,12株菌株应分别划归短状杆菌属的3个种,其中有2个被命名为新种,即BrachybacteriumconglomeratumIFO15472T和B.paraconglomeratumIFO15224T.应用上述方法,能有效地对难以从形态特征、生理生化特性确定其分类位置的短状杆菌进一步进行分类

Abstract:To determine the compositor of lipids of 12 bacteria by the methods of a thinlayer chromatography and of a gas chromatography,euclidian distance of fatty acids was produced by a UPGMA cluster analysis. The diagnostic polar lipid patterns were obtained by two-dimensional thin-layer chromatography. DNA/DNA molecular hybridization was carried out with photobiotinylated DNA for eximation of DNA homologic values. The identical results revealed that 12 strains should be divided into 3 species. Two of them are 2 new species of Brachybacterium conglomeratus IFO 15472 and B. paraconglomeratus IFO 15224 respectively.Depend on the methods,we have classified effectively the bacteria,which it is difficult to determine their taxonomic positions with morphological,physiological and biochemical characterizations.
