摘    要:在谱域OCT系统中,成像过程存在原理性噪声以及系统暗噪声,影响了图像质量,造成图像信噪比降低,图像局部结构信息缺失,因此,对谱域OCT系统的干涉光谱成分和光谱噪声的形成机制进行分析,提出了针对干涉光谱解耦的噪声处理方法。对单层薄膜成像实验,得到了薄膜的二维层析图像,实验结果表明,噪声消除方法对薄膜的成像处理简单有效,能够显著提高图像质量。

Abstract:In spectral-domain optical coherence tomography( OCT),there are theoretical noise and the system noise in the imaging process,which affects the image quality. The noises result in the local structure information missing and reduce the signal-to-noise ratio. The interference spectrum composition and the formation mechanism of spectral noise in the spectral domain OCT system were analysed. Therefore,we proposed a method to process noises for interference spectrum decoupling. The two-dimensional tomography image of the monolayer film was obtained from the imaging experiment. The experimental results show that the noise elimination method is simple and effective for monolayer film imaging,and the image quality can be significantly improved.
