摘    要:研究了CePO4含量对Ce-ZrO2/CePO4陶瓷材料性能的影响.结果表明,当CePO4含量较少时,材料的力学性能变化不大,可加工指数增大,当CePO4含量大于25;,二者匀下降.可见CePO4的含量为25;时,材料的加工性与其力学性能结合的最好;同时研究了不同的CePO4含量引起材料的断口、表面形貌的变化及对材料断裂性能的影响.

Abstract:The effects of CePO4 content on properties of Ce-ZrO2/CePO4 machinable ceramic material were studied. The results of experiment showed that the mechanical properties of the material varied little with small CePO4 content but the machinable exponent increased. Two all decreased when CePO4 content reached over 25wt%. So the machinability and mechanical properties of material all reached best when CePO4 content is about 25wt% ;simultaneity fracture,surface variety and the effects of fracture properties caused by different CePO4 content were studied.
