| Abstract: | Photoconductivity has been detected in CaWO4-single crystals. By means of a pulse method the mobility of the charge carriers could be determined. The very small mobilities (Μ +=0.1 cm2/Vs,Μ ?≈ 5 cm2/Vs) are explained in the picture of “small polarons”. |
