摘    要:利用压电陶瓷驱动器产生的脉冲惯性力来驱动和扰动微流体,实现了粉体流的均匀离散和微喷射,具有数字可控性.设计了一种粉体微混合器,该微混合器将玻璃微管道拉制仪拉制的三根微管道组合起来,形成含有两个进口与一个出口的微流道,无需复杂的玻璃微加工技术及键合、芯片钻孔等工艺.工作时通过数字化控制每一根进料微管道内的粉体喷射至混合腔内,实现粉体的微混合,最终生成的混合物由微混合器出口喷射而出.进行了300目银粉和280目刚玉粉的混合实验,证明该混合器可以用于粉体的微混合.

Abstract:Uniform digital discretization and micro injection of solid powders had been realized by the driving and disturbing of the pulse intertia force produced by the piezoelectric actuator.A novel powder micromixer was designed by fitting three glass microchannels together.These glass microchannels were produced by microchannel puller without complicated microfabrication,bonding and drilling technology.The solid powders in each inlet microchannel were injected into the mixing chamber in which mixing of them took place.Then the powder mixture was injected out by outlet microchannel.The performance of the micromixer is evaluated by the mixing experiment of 300 mesh silver powders and 280 mesh corundum powders.
