摘    要:分析了医用3μm与2μm级联振荡Ho3+:ZBLAN光纤激光器的工作原理,首次给出了1.1μm带泵浦下级联振荡Ho3+:ZBLAN光纤激光器的动态及稳态速率方程,最后给出了级联振荡Ho3+:ZBLAN光纤激光器的初步设计.

Abstract:Solid state lasers oscillating at 3μm and 2μm in the infrared spectral regions have been of interest for its specific applications such as laser surgery and laser remote sensing.3μm and 2μm cascade oscillation with a Ho3+:ZBLAN fiber laser is a new way to achieve simultaneous high power operation at both 3μm and 2μm at room temperature.The operation principles of the 3μm and 2μm cascade Ho3+:ZBLAN fiber laser for medical applications are analyzed.Both dynamic and steady state rate equations of this laser bumped with 1.1μm band laser are given for the first time.At last the basic designs of the 3μm and 2μm cascade Ho3+:ZBLAN fiber laser are given.
