摘    要:用α二亚胺型BDIE配体(N,N′(2,6二异丙基苯基)乙二亚胺)与氧联锌铝醇盐(ZnAl])以配位的方式制备了高位阻催化体系BDIE·ZnAl],并催化二氧化碳与氧化环己烯共聚.研究了各种因素对该反应的影响,发现最适宜的反应条件为BDIEZnAl]的摩尔比为0.5、反应温度为80℃、催化剂浓度为0.1gmL、二氧化碳压力为2MPa.在此条件下反应24h其催化效率达到31.6gg与其它高位阻体系相比,该催化剂用成本低的异丙醇铝和无水醋酸锌代替二乙锌,聚合操作过程简单,是一种有发展前景的催化体系.

Abstract:A novel catalyst for the copolymerization of CO_2 and cyclohexene oxide was prepared by using zinc acetate anhydrous,aluminum isopropoxide and precursor N,N′-bis( 2,6-diisopropylphenyl)- 2,4-ethyldiimine (BDIE).Comparing with other similar catalytic systems prepared with diethyl zinc,it is of low cost and easy to handle.The resulted copolymers were characterized by IR and NMR.Effects of reaction conditions such as reaction time and temperature,CO_2 pressure,and catalyst concentration on copolymerization were investigated.A highest catalytic efficiency of 31.6 g Copolymer/g Cat was obtained at 80℃ with catalyst concentration of 0.1 g/mL,BDIE∶Zn-Al]=1∶2 and CO_2 pressure of 2 MPa in a 24?h period of reaction.
