冰洲石偏振光棱镜的性能测试及制造工艺

本文介绍了冰洲石晶体的性能检测试验，冰洲石偏振光棱镜的制造工艺，冰洲石偏振光棱镜消光比的检测以及冰洲石偏振光棱镜的部分性能检测试验。延边冰洲石晶体是属于光学质量很高的无色透明晶体，其化学成分纯净，双折射和偏振现象明显，光谱透过的范围为０．２１４～２．５μｍ，寻常光线的折射率为１．６５８９，非常光线的折射率为１．４８６９。用它制成有偏光棱镜，其性能良好。格兰·泰勒棱镜在电源电压９５０Ｖ，注入能量４５Ｊ，４０次／ｓ的强功率激光作用下能连续工作２０ｍｉｎ，无自振现象，插入损耗小，透射率高。渥拉斯顿棱镜在ＰＬＤＶ型偏振差动式激光流速仪和ＬＤＶ／ＬＺＦ型二维多用激光流速仪上使用，其效果良好，波长为６３２．８ｎｍ时，其波振面畸变为λ／６－λ／８。格兰偏振棱镜的散射和吸收小于１％，消光比可达１０￣（－５），可作为光学精密测量和高灵敏度探测等仪器中较理想的光学元件。

Technology of iceland spar polarized light prism manufacture and its performance test

This paper presents the experiment of iceland spar crystal performance test,the technical process of iceland spar polarized light prism manufacture,and the experiment of iceland spar polarized light prism extinction ratio test and some of its performance test.Yanbian iceland spar crystal is a kind of colourless crystall with high optical quality. The crystal has pure chemical composition and its double refraction and polarization phenominon are very obvious. Its transmitted spectrum range is 0.124～ 2.5μm. Ordinary refractive index is 1.658.and extraordinary refractive index is 1.4869.The polarized light prism made by the crystal passed the performance test satisfactorily.The Glam-Taylor prism worked 20 minutes continuously without self-vibration phenomenon and with low insert loss and high transmissivity when it was irradiated by high power laser with power voltage of 950V arid inlet energy of 45J. 40n.p.s. The wollaston prism used in PLDV polarization differential laser current meter and LDV/L2F two dimensional multi-purpose laser current meter performed well. When the wave length was 632.8nm,the scattering and absorption of glan polarized prism were less than 1%respectivly and its extinction ratio reached 10￣(-5).The prism is a ideal optical element which can be used in optical fine test instrument and high sensitivity detection instrument.
