摘    要:以铜棒为研究对象,对立式线胀仪实验系统进行适当的改进与调试,通过测量原理、不确定度的分析,用SPSS的曲线估计功能分析实验数据,得出系统长度-温度复合量与光杠杆镜面到直尺距离的定标曲线,并验证它们之间存在线性关系,由此标定出铜棒的线胀系数,用置位概率为95%的不确定度对实验数据进行分析与估算,最终得出较为合理的实验结果.

Abstract:We study copper rod, improve and debug the vertical and linear expansion experiment sys- tem. According to measurement principle and uncertainty analysis we obtain calibration curve between compound variable of system length-temperature and the distance from optical lever mirror to rule, and testify the linear relationship between them. So, we calibrate linear expansion coefficient of copper rod. We analyze and evaluate the experiment data and result with the uncertainty confidence probability of 95~. It's shown that we gain reasonable experiment result.
