Anwendung der Umweganregung für die Bestimmung der Güte von Kristalloberflächen

The intensity relation of two “Umweganregungs” reflections (double reflections) in case of an anisotropic distribution of mosaic blocks is calculated. The measurement of the intensity relations of double reflections pairs allows the determination of the average disorientation of the mosaic blocks.
