| 摘 要： | 采用量子点的三维抛物势近似，利用Larsen给出的计算磁场中量子阱中心施主能级的方法，来计算磁场中量子点施主的低激发态，给出这些低激发态能量随外磁场的变化关系。

| Abstract: | Three dimensional confined parabolic potential is used as an approximation to the confinement potential in the quantum dot. The low lying excited states of donors are investigated based on the method used by Larsen. The energy levels are obtained as functions of the strength of magnetic field . |
