| 摘 要： | 建立完善的教学质量信息反馈系统是教学质量的重要保障.学生的考试成绩是教学质量信息的重要来源,对其进行分析有助于学校管理层及时掌握教学情况,加强和完善学校的教学管理.本文所讨论的学生成绩监控指标体系,通过对试卷总体质量指标的定量评价,可以了解不同课程、不同教师、不同院系或班级学生的教学状况,达到预期的目的.

| Abstract: | It is an important insurance of teaching quality to found perfect feedback system of teaching information. The score of students is an important source of teaching quality information, and it helps school manager to control teaching instance and to strengthen teaching management. The index system of score control we discussed put forward some quality indexes, by which the manager can understand teaching state and make corresponding adjustment. |
