摘    要:实验中发现,在YAG:Tb中加入痕量Ce后,可以使Tb3+离子5D4→7F跃迁显著增强,因而,改变了发射光谱的能量分布,提高了发光亮度,改善了电流和电压特性,揭示了改进和提高商用P53磷光体发光特性的可能性。实验表明,这种增强作用是由于Ce3+→Tb3+离子的能量传递所致。讨论了Ce3+→Tb3+能量传递机理,分析了传递过程。

Abstract:It was experimentally found that incorporation of Cein YAG:Tb remarkably enhances the 5D4→7F transition intensity of Tb3+ ion, thus, changes relative energy distribution of emission spectrum, rises luminescence brightness, improves current and voltage characteristics, reveals a potentiality of improving the luminescence properties of commercial P53 phosphor. It has been shown that this enhancement effect can be attributed to energy transfer from Ce3+ to Tb3+ ions. The mechanisms of energy transfer above Were discussed. The transfer process was analysed.
