大连城市形态初探 Ⅰ.1898～1904年沙俄占领时期

文章阐明迟至１９世纪末大连地区才进入城市化的原因。海陆枢纽的积聚力使本地区的中心自金州、旅顺迁移到大连市。大连此时的城市规划反映出殖民地城市的特点：一面是在先进的城规科学指导下的良好环境，一面是反映了殖民地人民的苦难。因此，在城市归还祖国之后，近代城市规划中的优秀思想、经济与技术手法仍是可以借鉴的。

Urbanization of Dalian and Its Urban-Morphology in 1898-1904

The peper notes that the urbanization of Dalian did not begin until late 19 century. Integrated force of the core of sea and land communication made the center of Dalian region transfer from Jinzhou and Lushun to Dalian city. The city planning of Dalian at that time reflected the characteristics of colonial city: the progressive science of city planning led the creation of good enviro- ment on one side; while the deep trouble and sorrow of colonial people on the otherside. Therefore afrer the city came back to her motherland, those good ideas, successful experiences and techniques could be somehow taken as useful reference.
