摘    要:避雷器是电力系统重要设备之一,其性能的优劣对电网安全运行起着很大作用,但输电线路避雷器目前采用的定期预防性试验存在时限性及操作困难等问题。针对输电线路避雷器的特点,本文提出了基于泄漏电流和雷电冲击电流测量的避雷器全运行状态的实时监测技术。通过采集泄漏电流评价线路避雷器的受潮、老化等状态;雷击时通过避雷器冲击大电流的次数和峰值,它反映避雷器的剩余寿命以及是否需要预防性试验;冲击小电流的次数,它可为雷电防护及雷击事故分析提供极有价值的科学依据。本文研究成果对提升全网的故障预防及事故分析能力具有重要的积极意义,有利于提高输电线路防雷水平及降低输电线路雷击跳闸次数。

Abstract:influence on the safe of power grid. It’s difficult for the periodic preventive test of transmission line arrester. This paper proposes the technology of online monitoring for state of transmission lines arresters base on measurement of lightning current and leakage current. Arresters can be determined ageing or wetting state through the leakage current, and determined if the preventive test is necessary by Lightning current peak value and times. The number of times of small lightning current can provide valuable scientific basis for protection and accident analysis. The research results of this paper have positive significance for the ability of fault prevention and analysis in power system. It can improve the lightning protection level of transmission line and reduce tripping times caused by lightning.
