Abstract: | A chemiluminescent method was developed for microRNA-141 (miRNA-141) detection based on the target-dependent activation of peroxidase-mimicking DNAzyme. The structure of the probes was optimized which allowed the development of a sensitive method for miRNA-141. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limit and the linear range were 100?pM and 0.1–50?nM, respectively. The sensitivity of the assay was 270,000?nM?1. The values of coefficient of variation measured within the working range varied less than 2%, which indicates excellent precision for the proposed method. |
