| 摘 要： | 将纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)涂敷于氨丙基硅胶上制得了一种高效液相色谱手性固定相.用该固定相首次拆分了18种单硫代、单硒代和双硫代甘油醚对映异构体.讨论了流动相组成和样品结构对保留和拆分的影响.

| Abstract: | Cellulose-tris(3, 5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) was prepared and immobilized onto a mesopore spherical aminopropylated silica gel. The final product was used as a chiral stationary phase for the enantioseparation of a series of glycerin sulfides and glycerin selenides.Some enantiomers of the monosulfides and monoselenides could be separated satisfactorily,but the bisulfides could not at all. The structural characteristic of the samp1es that influence chiral discrimination was disscused. The effect of 2-propanol concentration in the mobile phase on the retention and resolution was also investigated. |
