摘    要:多产品连续化工过程的生产调度具有组合和连续的生产特性,因此它的调度模型可归结为一混合整数非线性规划问题(MINLP)。对这一问题的求解,采用了改进的遗传算法,提出了几种多样性保护算子,从而可防止传统遗传算法易提前收敛问题。所提出的算法被应用于三个产品生产的例子,并与文献所给的结果进行比较,说明了该算法的有效性。

Abstract:Scheduling of multiproduct continuous chemical process involves a combinatorial part (sequencing products in each line) and a continuous part (duration of production runs and frequency of production). To account for these two elements, a large scale mixed integer nonlinear program(MINLP) is formulated and a computational scheme based on the improved genetic algorithm is proposed. The improved genetic algorithm has several variety protection operators so that it can avoid the problem that Conventional Genetic Algorithms converge prematurely and go into a local optimum.
