双波纹管补偿式差动光纤液位计

摘    要:本文给出了一种双波纹管结构光纤液位传感器。该传感器能以差动方式工作,特别适于石油、化工产品的液位测量。在设计中,采用了全光路补偿方法和多种温度补偿技术,使得该光纤液位计具有自动补偿性能,克服了光源强度起伏和环境温度变化这两大主要因素对结构式强度型光纤传感器测量精度的影响。

Abstract:An optical fiber liquid level sensor which is constructed by two elastic corrugated pipes isintroduced in this paper. This sensor can be operated in differential manner. Especially,it is suitablefor level detecting of oil or chemical goods. The optical compensation method and several temperaturecompensation techniques were used in the transducer design, The influence of two main drawbacks(the light source fluctuation and the environment temperature variation on the sensor' s mesurementwas overcomed for this kind of structure intensity type fiber-optic sensor.
